Guest Policies & Property Rules

Welcome to Longmont Lodge & RV Park. To ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable experience for all guests, we ask that everyone follow the policies below. By booking a room or RV site, you agree to these terms.

🕒 Check-In & Check-Out

Motel Rooms

Check-In: 3:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

RV Sites

Check-In: 1:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. Late check-out is not guaranteed and may result in additional charges unless approved in advance by management.

Guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and a valid credit or debit card at check-in. The name on the reservation, identification, and payment card may be required to match. Minimum check-in age is 21.

💳 Payment, Deposits & Cancellations

Because we are a small independent motel with only 10 rooms, every reservation directly affects our ability to operate and serve other guests. For that reason, all reservations are subject to the following booking policy.

All reservations are **non-refundable** once booked.

By making a reservation with Longmont Lodge and RV Park, the guest understands and agrees that payments, deposits, and charges related to the reservation are non-refundable, including in cases of:

* Cancellation by the guest

* No-show

* Early departure

* Shortened stay

* Change in travel plans

* Weather, road conditions, or transportation delays

* Illness, family emergency, or personal emergency

* Booking the wrong dates, room type, or location

* Failure to arrive before check-in cutoff time

Because we hold the room and turn away other potential guests once a reservation is made, we do not offer refunds or credits. Date changes will not be accepted unless specifically approved by motel management in writing.

Reservation changes are not guaranteed.

Requests to change dates, reduce the number of nights, change room type, or move a reservation to a future date may be denied. If we agree to make a change, additional charges may apply. Any approved change must be confirmed by us in writing.

Guests who do not arrive for their reservation will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable, and the full reservation amount may be charged.

Guests who check out early, leave before the end of their reservation, or choose not to use all reserved nights are not entitled to a refund or credit.

A valid credit or debit card is required to book and hold a reservation. By providing payment information, the guest authorizes Longmont Lodge & RV Park to charge the card for the reservation, taxes, fees, deposits, cancellation/no-show charges, damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, smoking violations, pet violations, or other authorized charges related to the stay.

Room rates do not include all taxes or fees unless specifically stated. Applicable taxes and fees will be added to the reservation total.

🚭 Damage, Smoking, and Excessive Cleaning

Smoking, vaping, and burning incense or candles are not allowed inside rooms.

Guests are responsible for damage to the room, furnishings, linens, towels, fixtures, appliances, or motel property caused by the guest or the guest’s visitors.

Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms. A minimum $250 cleaning and restoration fee may be charged for smoking, vaping, odors, stains, burns, ashes, or smoke-related damage.

Additional cleaning fees may be charged for rooms left in unusually dirty condition.

Outdoor smoking is allowed away from buildings.

🐾 Pet Policy

Pets are welcome in designated RV sites.

Pets must be leashed at all times outside.

Owners must clean up after their pets.

Pets may not be left unattended outside or tied to trees, posts, or hookups.

Updated Policy Notice: Animal-Free Environment
Longmont Lodge & RV Park maintains a strict No Animals Policy across all indoor accommodations.
Please be advised that under federal regulations governing public accommodations, specifically Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (28 CFR § 36.208 – Direct threat), a facility is not required to permit an individual when that individual or their service animal poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others.
Because our on-site innkeeper is the sole housekeeper for the property and suffers from a documented, severe, life-threatening allergy to animal dander, the presence of an animal in the rooms creates a direct, severe health risk that cannot be mitigated by standard cleaning or separation of space. Consequently, we cannot safely accommodate any animals—including service animals and emotional support animals (ESAs)—within our indoor facilities.
We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our environment safe for everyone. If you have any questions or require recommendations for local pet-boarding facilities during your stay, please contact the property manager.
